Old Stories

I was just browsing through my com today and i came across old stories that i used to write...last time when me and karyn were together she kept bugging me to write her some short stories. So one fine day i actually sat in front of my com and started writing and came up wit like 5 chapters.

The story is about how me and ben kept having the same dream over and over again about us crashing into a tree while he's driving. The wind would be howling and the rain pouring down. We were always on the same trunk road and every single day we realised that we were having the dreams at the exact same time.

Yea weird, it was just some random idea i came up with. Did not even have the ending of the story in my head when i started writing it. Just decided to wing it as it goes.

Anyway in the story me and Ben promised each other that we would never go on a road trip or a driving trip when there would only be just the two of us. Oh, and also to always stay away from trunk roads , which we did not have to worry about since we stayed in the city. Anyway one day Ben comes over totally pissed early in the morning. Nearly screaming at the top of his lungs (those of you who do know Ben would know that Ben in my story is really similiar to my Ben, short temper,small and funny), and pleading with me to find a solution on how to make the dreams stop.

Of course i had no solution. Ben just continued pacing around while I sat in front of the laptop key-ing in searches on what our dream could mean. Nothing was coming up and both of us were frustrated.

Suddenly Ben's phone starts ringing. He placed it earlier on my dressing table across the room. Naturally both of us just stared at it for a few seconds wondering who could be calling him so early in the morning.

He picks up the phone and his face goes white. He then looks at me and says that his parents met an accident while they were driving out of the city. They're ok but the hospital insisted on keeping them there for a few days to check on them just in case. Because of that Ben would have to send over some clothes and stuff for them.

So the first chapter then ends by me saying, 'Looks like we'll have to take that road trip after all'.



Well to bad i dont really have the first chapter with me. I printed out the first chapter and handed it to Karyn. Told her i did not save this in my com. So if this story ever makes it, she would be the one to send the first chapter out because I dont have it with me. It was me trying to be sweet i guess. Argh stupid stupid stupid. Thank god i saved the rest of the chapters. To bad i never really got to finish this stupid story. Anyway this is not about me and Karyn. Its about that dumb story. As i read it now i realise I went in a different direction as i continued writing. Looks so stupid. Who knows one day i may actually post the finished work up here...Lets just hope... Cheers
